I thought I would continue my  weekly themed  days cause its  so  fun ..   Well  I  still havent stop drooling over that simply scrappin kit .. I made this  cute  matching  set ( Greeting card  with a gift hold holder ) last night  for my Aunts  surprise Birthday party ..  Did I mention those die cuts in this kit ? So many  things to  peel and stick to your projects . anyway

The measurements for my gift card  are  9" L X 4 1/4 W Score at 2" and at 5  5/8 (  for those like me  thats  the mark  just past  1/2 " mark . ( ***Inside joke Below**)

I used the  Retired SU! scallop  deco scissors to finish the egdes on mine  you can glue the  inside flap  or do what I did  added a ribbon  and brads .. The ribbon is glued down on back side with glue dots to remain in position  for opening and closing  Ribbon serves as  a closer and a decortive look when open ( see open scan of my gift card  below ..

**Inside joke ** Diane knows how crazy I am when it comes to reading a ruler YIKES!! I count the marks  so when someone says  5/8’s I look at my handy  tape measure  my hubby bought me with all the  measurements listedwith the #’s added   ..and yes I did Graduate from  school 🙂 .. Diane laughs at me everytime  something comes up  about  measurements .. in a very supportive way I must add ( wink wink)

We are putting up the 70 Chevelle 454 SS    for sale this year and hopefully we can sell it .. Its a BEAUTY look   at it  shiney and  oh so Fun to drive .. But after my Dad Died  a few years ago the "Car" excitement hasnt been the same
