This past weekend I made this card for my mom to give  to a friend at her baby shower .  I heard everyone was  feeling  the card since I used liquid applicate ( sp?)  I  applied  this great stuff  around the lamb  and then shot my heat gun to it to make it  puffy.. I also  used the  Mega Giga scallop circle punch added white gel pen dots all around  the scallop  and then I also  used the riveting  set and  layered that on to close to cocoa  and added white dots to that also . Then I  punched the donut hole out and   added  a lg clear button  with Chocolate  GG ribbon  . Then added  white dots also to the base card  around the  designer paper .. I also used Mini mates" welcome baby" for  the top half of card   with cool Caribbean   for a tone on tone effect . The lamb stamp  is from a while ago   which SU! had a  stamp set you could make your own  picks from ( remember that set ?)  well The name of it isn’t coming to me right now .. but anyway I colored the outline of the  lamb  with my going gray marker  and then applied the liquid app.  stuff  My hope was to give the lambs body  some  depth.. I also used the coluzzle  to cut the whisper white that the lamb was stamped on , Just a tad smaller than the  scallop punch , Then added Rose and Chocolate  GG ribbon  to  finish it all up .. I really like the way it turned out .. actually I  wanted to keep it for my display board But I did make it for my mom to give away so Fair is fair Right ?

I did  take some photos of the  beautiful ice as it formed all around us here in Michigan  and I thought I would share some of those with you right now  if you don’t mind .. The 1st one is  of our grass in the back yard.. Sure is funny to see our grass this green in  mid January.. I just love the way this photo looks  very unusual  Thats for sureand was sure crunchy to walk through the grass.. .. The next one is of  a bush in the next door neighbors backyard .. I just love the way it  glistens in the  light . and then there is  this one  of my daughters Club house in the backyard something about it  looks so very cool to me  with all the   background covered in ice and then the roof top  cracks  freezing and making these cool  icicles  hanging from the inside of the club  house .. Then last But not least  the last one is of my  front porch  very early in the morning way before the sun came up   all I used was the flash  and it really seemed to catch the  beautiful ice  glistening  with the   very dark background .. Thats all of the ice photos I took yesterday  sooo very pretty But  sooo yucky to be in .. Bowzer sure does love eating icicles  he must think they are  candy . To funny to see the way he eats them ..

I also wanted to share with  you  That we made the switch to Vonage  ph service  this past Friday .. we just got our   vontage box yesterday  YAHOO!  We ended up getting the  basic package  with 500 mins   which is plenty for us  cause we use our cell phs alot more than home ph .. We were  even debating if we should just  have our home ph turned off  and well we thought we would give Vonage  a try before we end up turning off the home ph ( Thanks Ruthie for your info  on our ph conversation ).. Our monthly ph bill will go from 60.00 to 18.91 a month WOWZIE huh?  Hubby  hooked up the box last night  and  seems to be working  okey dokey ..

Still waiting to see if school is canceled today. Today I have got to get things together for my club meeting this Saturday .. got lots to  do  so I will catch ya all later .. Have a great day ..
