Look what I stumbled on looking through my old files ..( Don’t you love finding things from the past) Actually this was my very 1st publication with our SU! magazine called " On Stage " January – March 2006 Vol 6 ~ issue 5 It is located on page 7 One of my other favorites sets is showcased on the cover of this issue of On Stage where my card is located.. Its the frog from Unfroggetable ( which by the way was a re-make from Debbie Olsen’s card for her winning submission for March 2006 contest) anywho .. I just love this card I submitted But what SU! failed to show in the photo they published was what this card looked like fully opened up .. so I wanted to post and show you this card what it looks like when you pull the sides out . These are the famous Wiper cards ..I still haven’t framed that page from that issue yet … not sure if I can bear to mess up my whole magazine to do that .. I guess I could have kinkos copy it for me .. since I think I really want to do that .. ( Kinkos has the BEST Laser copiers that I have EVER seen in my whole life ) Pretty funny how having a card in a SU! magazine can make you feel alittle famous , even if it was for a brief moment in time It was still the highlight of the whole year for me .. Plus this was actually one of my most used and loved stamp sets from Sell-a-bration that year .. It just screamed for glitter KWIM? and you all know me with my glitter HUH? Thanks for going down memory lane with me … This morning I have my appointment with my knee doctor .. just the last visit before going under the knife and getting my new knee .. I am sooo excited I get to do aspirin therapy this time around and not Cumidin ( sp?) ( which you all know is rat poison right? ) The other knee replacement I had to take that junk for 6 weeks and had to give blood at the hospital every week YEA like that was alot of fun (giving blood no biggie) But it was getting out with my new knee in the middle of winter .. (Thus the reason for doing my other knee in the spring NO SNOW!!! ) I know such little things to get excited about HUH?

My Heart is Breaking for those that live in Va and that Massacre at VA Tech this past Monday. Many people ask where is God at a time like this .. Ya Know God is the same yesterday today and tomorrow and He is still on the throne. Believe me God wants ONLY his perfect will to be done BUT you know Satan is roaming the Earth seeking who he can destroy,even though God is On his Throne, People still have Free will be do these terrible things in our world Yes I do Mean Terrible things Thats why we must tell everyone about Jesus ..Its sad to say things like this are still happening every day But Praise God One day No more tears, NO more killing and we can all live in perfect peace with our Lord .. Until that day Our world will be seeing many terrible things happen BUT remember We know who wins at the end right ? Maybe thats no comfort . But Christians have comfort in the Lord and all things must come to pass before his 2nd coming . Praise God for he is crying too for this senseless blood shed .
It finally is looking like Spring here in Michigan YAHOO Temps the rest of the week in upper 50’s -60’s.. and By the way update on my hand from Monday ( Sorry Mr Crabby pants was showing off yesterday and took over .. what else is new ??) anyway .. Doc told me that a cortisone shot would not help my finger since my whole finger was badly swollen so He gave me a Med pack to help and its ben only 3 days and I can at least touch my ring finger to my palm when I make a fist so I guess that means its working and the swelling is going down .. Praise God .. I sure wish they would invent something that would make me feel like I didn’t have RA like these steroids do .. man I have gotten so much done the last 2 days Its amazing these little pills make me feel like I don’t have RA at all ( what a cover up that is HUH?) BUT TERRIBLE that they are not so good for you .. I guess thats another one of those ..Things that make you go HUMMMMM.. HUH?

Love the card from the past, very cute! Just remember that controlled dose of “rat poison” saves lives too, and won’t hurt you. My DH would continue to have strokes without it, and at 44 that is way too young! Good luck with your new knee!
