Dawn, Apart from my wonderful (most of the time) husband and happy home I am thankful for the opportunity to be creative and the inspiration and generosity of people such as you who give so freely of their time and talents to share with others. I have made all our Christmas cards and am just finishing a friend’s wedding invitations. A number of tips you have given have been invaluable for these projects.

I have so many things to be thankful for but the most important one is that Christ died on the cross for ME and my sin is forgiven. I thank God that I live in a country where I can tell others about Christ and not suffer the persecution that others do far away.

I am very Thankful for living in such a great country. It may not perfect by any means. We do however have the freedom to have faith in God. I am thankful for my husband and his never ending love for me. He understands my love for my crafting. I am thankful for my children. Although at times they can be a bit bratty I love them with all my heart. I am thankful for every breath and step I take.

I’m thankful most for my family, friends and my wonderful boyfriend, who supports me in all my endeavors.
Thankful for the improved health of family members, my 7 week old great granddaughter, and using my son’s camera to take oodles of pics yesterday. I will be making photo ornaments for the next few weeks, fun, fun, fun. I am so happy Rich is home to stay, I check your blog every single day and love your crafting and reading about your family. BTW, if you do a photo ornament, hope you do a video REAL soon. Not so subtle hint. lol
First and foremost I’m thankful for my loving husband that has a great job that allows me to “play” all day….LOL according to him. Also, my wonderful children and grands…..and the wonderful world of crafting….I’m having a blast!!!!

This year I am thankful that my mom survived her heart surgery and my sister survived a major stroke. Both within 2 months of each other! And I’m thankful for you too! Crafting has become my way of therapy. Whenever I get too overwhelmed I go to my craft room,get on Dawn’s blog to see what card you are making that day then I try to do one just like it.
Thanks for always being there even if you don’t know it. 🙂

Four weeks ago a pear tree came down and landed on my back and right leg. I am still having a problem trying to get up from a sitting/lying position but I am THANKFUL that it didn’t hit my head, neck, or spine and that I am slowly getting better. I am thankful for a God who hears my prayers, for my family and friends, for the GREAT country that I live in and for all the men and women who are serving to keep it free.

Hi Dawn, there are so many things I am thankful for, I was sitting here trying to think of the one thing to say I’m am thinkful for and it is hard to just say one thing, but I guess it would be, still being able to get together with most of my family on Holidays.
I am thankful for many things, but to list just a few: the soldiers who risk their lives to fight for our country, my health and the love and support of my family and friends while I am going thru a very difficult time in my life…..I am thankful for them ALL the time, but especially now….

Dawn I have many things to be thankful for.. you are among them for the great ideas you share with us and your generosity! I am also thankful that my dh had a job to return to after being laid off for 18 months. I’m thankful that my children are safe and healthy and that my health is relatively good. I still have use of all of my senses..though not as good as they used to be. We still have a home and a loving family. We are blessed.
I am most thankful for my computer that I got for Christmas 2 Christmas’s ago. It filled a very empty place in my life, and opened up a whole new world for me when I needed it most. I never would have found this wonderful blog otherwise.

I have so much to be Thankful for. I had good food, family and friends for Thanksgiving. They all laughed at me when I said Grace. I thanked the Lord for all that and then said I was also thankful for my blog firends. They thought that was pretty funny. They don’t get it. My blog friends are very realy to me. Even though I have been unemployed for two years, I am thnakful I can still pay my bills and mortgage, and have a roof over my head. I am thnakful for the family & friends I do have even though the circle is small. Everyone in that circle is very dear to me. I’m thankful I live in best free country even though we are going thru trying times. But it does make us stronger. And I feel truly thankful for the talent of art God has given me, something that has made me so happy when I share it with the people I love.

As an oncology nurse I’ve learned to be thankful for life and and all its blessing.

me and my family had a hard year of sickness so i am very thankful that it gets better and better and i hope that the next year will be full of health for the ones that i love.

I am Thankful that I never lost my faith in God or gave up hope when I became disabled. For the first time in 12 years I finally feel like I have my life back. I learned how to walk again, I went to a school for the disabled last yr to update my computer schools and now I work one day a week at the school. I am truly blessed & thankful.

The food was plentiful and tasty, but the best part was spending time with everyone, with the laughter and everyone talking at once. I am grateful for a loving and supportive husband and family, friends, hobbies and health. So much to be thankful for. Thank you also for your inspiring blog. I am thankful for the joy stamping has brought me.
This may sound crazy, but I am thankful for my husband opening the car door for me. I was told just a few months ago by the doctor that due to my health I would no longer be able to drive. I LOVE to drive and this was a very sad blow in the on-going struggle I have with my health. When I shared this with my amazing husband he said that he was thrilled that he would now be able to spend more time with me taking me to run all of the errands that we women normally do. He then started to unlock and open the door of the car for me each and every time I get in or out. We have been married for 24+ years and he has never done this before. A little thing, but such a sweet and generous man to make me feel special in the car even when I can no longer get behind the wheel.
I’m so thankful for our health. For the fact that they have diagnosed my husbands cancer at an early stage and that his prognosis is good

I am so thankful that while my Marine son couldn’t be home with us for the Thanksgiving holiday, someone near his base picked him and his friend up and took them home to join their family for Thanksgiving. People that neither young Marine even knew.

I’m thankful for my grandson Brody, now age 4. Two years ago, I would have laid on the floor and died. Seven hours later, I was still there but awake and screaming for help because of him. It was the middle of the night, he was 2 and too young to dial for help. But he knew I needed him, he laid with me, tried to feed me bread, cried with me, screamed for help and banged on the door until a neighbor going the complex stairs at 7am heard us. What a hero…them stayed with the police until his Mom arrived while they took his Nan out in the ambulance. For him I am forever thankful…and alive.
I am thankful for the Lord Jesus and his sacrificial death on my behalf, I never get over how awesome and amazing this is!
I am thankful for my family, and that they are all healthy. Thats the most important thing to me.

My friend passed away last year at the age of 46 from pancreatic cancer and just knowing her (and being best friends since the age of 5), anyone who has never experienced that kind of friendship/love is truly missing out on a full life.

I thank God for my family, our freedom and power of choice. HE has provided us with strength and courage to get through the rough times and speed bumps in our lives.
I am incredibly thankful for what Jesus Christ did for me when He died on the cross for the remission of my sins, even though I didn’t deserve it. I am in awe every day of what He has done for me and for my family members, as well. Except for Him, no one would have life eternal, but rather death and the grave with eternal condemnation to boot. I could go on and on….. but I’ll run out of room and you’ll get tired eyes from reading so much. By the way, I joined Stampin’ Up! yesterday as a Demonstrator instead of waiting till Nov. 30th. I’m excited to say the least. Hip Hip Hooray!!!

I’m thankful for the love of my family and friends. I’m also thankful that the families of the 29 miners that died this week in a coal mine explosion in our country, will get the support they need at this black time. May the Lord keep them, and us all, in the palm of his hand.

I am thankful for God & Jesus Christ his son. When I give up on me…they will carry me thru. I am thankful for this wonderful country, my loving family and good health. Also for your blog, Dawn…lol.
I have a very poorly husband so I am so thankful for my family who I can always rely on, for my friends who keeps my spirits up and offer to do so many things for me and for Stampin Up and their demonstrators for all their inspiration which keeps me sane.
I am thankful for the two happy, healthy children and the wonderful husband that I have been blessed with. I can not imagine what life would be like without my loving family. God has been so good to me!
I am most thankful for my two beautiful sons and my husband who is always kind and loving and makes sure that his family is always happy. I am also thankful for being with them during the holidays!
I am so thankful for my freedoms. Freedom to worship. I’m thankful for the family I was born into and the family my husband I and have created. Friends I know that care. The feeling of acceptance. The list could go on and on. It is good to stop and think about how truly blessed we are.

I am thankful for my family after losing my dad the first of the year the holiday was hard but thankful he is no longer suffering
I am thankful that eternal life has been given for me; I am thankful that my husband who had a stroke in August is almost totally recovered from it; I am thankful that I have food for my table, a roof over my head, heat in my house and a job that pays the bills. I am thankful for the friends that I have and the many blessings that have been given to me.

I have to tell you that on Thanksgiving when asked what my grandaughter (age 13)was thankful for she said that she was thankful that they had a furnace just wished that they would turn it on….everyone got a good laugh out of that….her dad (my son) does keep it cool in their house…but I think it feels good….a cool house was what he grew up in therefore he didn’t think much of not haveing the heat up high….LOL
