Happy Monday friends !
I started this project a couple weekends ago & my club girls & Dee's group of girls were the 1st to have a peek at it. At the time it was a work in progress and well I guess it still is LOL .
I did finish the boxes but still haven't decided how to hang it… I could get it framed or I could tie some ribbon on .
I'm still not sure But wanted to show you the way it looks now and Hopefully I will get a video posted to show you how I made it, at least up to this point .
Have a Wonderful Monday !
Until later.. Happy Stampin!
Hi Dawn, love it! It’s all things special to your heart, if we are given special people and dogs in our lives we should count are blessings…Thanks for sharing on your blog everyday Dawn I always enjoy looking in. Sharon x
Would it fit inside a shadow box at you find at the craft stores? What a great project!
I love it! And the pictures and other embellishments all say LOVE! I’ve been planning to do something similar for some time, maybe with some boxes longer or taller than others, kinda like a printer’s tray. I even have the chipboard to do it, but, alas. . . .it’s gathering dust! Maybe I’ll take my inspiration from you and get started. You could cover the outside with a strip of DP and lace and/or ribbon? It’s just really nice. Great job. Thanks so much for sharing.
Dawn…that looks awesome!! Not sure what size it is, but maybe you could adhere it to a 12X12 piece of heavier weight chipboard and then attach some ribbon to hang on the wall?
This is a great idea. I love it…… Now, I want to do one similar to this with our own pictures and embellishments….. Thanks for your great ideas!!!
Very interesting idea, Thats something I would love to do for my childern now that they are grown and having families of their own so they dont forget their childhood and can draw from their experiences. Thanks for sharing
Hi Dawn-
This project looks great and I think I will use your idea for my fotos! My suggestion is to glue the flaps of the boxes to the outside- so you will not see them.
Have a nice day
