Happy Sunday Friends!
I had another little milestone last night … We went out to see a movie . I know it's not much But for me sitting for longer than an hour ~ this was kind of a big deal :).
This past Thursday I got a package from SU! for our trip to Fiji at the end of this month . The Luggage tags are so super cute .
This past Wednesday I got to 115 degrees in my knee bend . Still lots of swelling which is hendering my bend . Ashely says the swelling will come down in time could take up to a year . I have my 9 week follow up with my doctor tomorrow I am excited to see what he thinks .

The Aflac duck makes me laugh and I can so relate to his therapy . what a cutie . Love his quivering foot and his band aid on his beak.

I’m so happy for you that you are are going to Fiji, wish I was going. So since I’ not going I expect you to have double the fun for me too, OK.
I’m also happy that your PT started and you are now on your road to recovery. You are a trooper no doubt! Keep up the good work and the great cards, love them.

Dawn, please have a great time in Fiji because you so deserve it with all you have been through. I have and continue to learn so much from your videos. Your SU goodies for the trip are super cute.
I’ve had both knees replaced, my right one twice. Ice will take the swelling down but you probably already know that. Do your exercises faithfully and you will get that bend to 120 degrees soon. 115 is great.
