Hope your having a wondeful Memorial Day weekend . Thank You to those that have made the ultimate sacrifice and to those that have served and continue to serve our wonderful country for the freedoms we have~ Praise God!
I thought I would share a photo of my hubby from back in the day when he served in the US Navy Seabees ( This is when we lived in Puerto Rico( use to live near what use to be Roosevelt Roads) …. He is so handsome even without hair . I guess he was right when he said he was a baby when we met LOL! He is ONLY a 1 year younger than me BUT with my birthday in January and his in November that's like another year and trust me he doesn't let me forget I am his "older " woman Hee! Hee!
One thing this photo also shows is my short nails YIKES~ Yes I was a major nail bitter back in the day .
This past week we have had some crazy weather .. sitting by the pool mid 80's and then by this past Friday it dropped down to the mid 30's I actually turned the heat back on .
Then Friday Morning Hubby went to work and then headed to TN to see his dad and to take a dry run to get ready for the Hoka Hey in June . He will be back home later today .
This past week we also began the process on getting our roof replaced .The photo shows the tarp over the backside of the house where some shingles blew off . Hopefully we will have a new roof on soon.

We just turned the heat back on this morning…it was so cold in here. My nephew in New Hampshire got snow Friday, this weather is crazy!!! I want summer & I want it to STAY warm!!! We might wish for some of this cold in another month or two…no happy medium where weather is concerned…too unpredictable!!! Gotta love though, right? Have a great weekend!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE in how your hubby looks!!!!! I DO UNDERSTAND all that hair DOES make a difference!!!!!!!! (My hubby is the SAME WAY!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 I HEARD, women don’t like beards, so I GUESS it’s “ok” if my hubby keeps his!!!! LOL 🙂 )

I think the temperature has dropped everywhere. Today was the first day the sun came out in days and it was gorgeous. OMG, THANK YOU for sharing that video. I LOVED it. If more people were sweet like them, this world would be such a better place.
