Here is another simple Washi card I made like the Christmas one HERE.
But I added some bling with the Basic Rhinestones # 119246
and (1 ) Large Basic Rhinestone # 129324
Witches Brew Washi Tape # 132156
The greeting is from Halloween Happiness stamp # 131859
Since tomorrow is Halloween and tomorrow is video day I thought I would post a Halloween card today instead of tomorrow .
