Happy Wednesday friends !
This was the very 1st card I made using a few brand new items from the new catalog starting on June 2, 2015
I used the Tip Top Taupe card stock and the Watermelon Macaron card stock which I think this may be one of my top color combos …
Plus the Mint Macaron color reminds me of Sage Shadow .. How many of you remember that amazing color ?
That was also one of my top favorite colors I even painted my living room at the time in Sage Shadow since I loved it so much LOL! Oh the memories huh?
1 Thing that has also stirred up conversions was the name of the Mint Macaron should it be with the (1) O or (2) O =Macaroon ?
Must tell you my spell correct wants it with (2) .
The brand new stamp set called
Friendly Wishes which is a lot of fun too .
I also used the brand new ribbon in Tip Top Taupe plus the Neutrals designer paper stack # 138435.
The back ground circle I used the circle framelits#130911
PLUS that circle I used Crumb Cake so you can tell ( kinda) the
difference between the Crumb Cake and the Tip Top Taupe. ~ AWESOME!
Have a wonderful Wednesday friends !
Until later.. happy stampin!

cute card-can’t wait to see the new catalog! I personally prefer 2 ‘O’s in macaroon!
A beautiful card Dawn. I love the new colors!

I feel confident in saying that Macaron is the French spelling and Macaroon is the English spelling, as both words appear in Wikipedia.
Hey Dawn, The correct spelling is with one O. A French macaron is a meringue cookie two put together with a flavored filling. They are very popular right now at tea rooms. Not to be confused with our coconut macaroons. It is pronounced just like its spelled, Ma Ca Ron. I enjoy your blog very much. Glad you had a good time in Hawaii.

I love what you did with this card! I would love to share this on my blog for ‘My Crafty Friends Monday’ (a round up of amazing cards from amazing stampers!) in the next few weeks! Please let me know if you would prefer that I didn’t share it (of course I give you credit and link back to your blog!).
Inky Hugs!
