Happy Sunday friends !
This weekend Hubby took me up to Mackinaw Island. He worked over our Anniversary and also Labor Day weekend so we had planned to get away for this weekend . It's so beautiful and the weather was perfect .
Last week I shared that I had started the 21 Day fix oh my goodness I am so excited to hear from so many of you that are either doing this or are waiting to start and also asked what are a couple tips I have for starting .
Well these aren't my tips as much as my Coach Stacey who shared them with us before starting .
1st here is my frig after a couple hours prepping my veggies and fruit That's the HUGE key to staying on this new lifestyle is prepping all your food so when you get hungry you can just grab and go . Plus it makes it easy in the early morning making hubby his lunch too .
Next Stacey recommended for us to get these color coded bags which line up perfectly with the 21 Day fix the only color missing is purple ( Fruit) and we use the reg clear sandwich bags for purple .
In time we will get accustom to what the portions are and what groups everything go in BUT until then the bags help us out a LOT!
We don't use the bags for our HUGE salads for dinner we just get everything out and start measuring in our containers and dumping everything in our bowl .

Make sure you look really good they are there … Hubby had to look on top shelf for ours . if they don't have them maybe they are out .
Next is this amazing PB2 I have mentioned this before… We love PB2 and we add this to our shake in the morning ( more on that below) . If I don't add a teaspoon to my shake I save it for a veggie snack mid day . Stacey says to try and limit the intake of the PB2 BUT I do count this as a splurge for my day ( Hey I gave up Starbucks/ ice coffee ~ I girl needs something as a splurge ).
I have seen the PB2 at Kroger and I have also bought many jars on Amazon too.
Next is our more recent purchase this new hand mixer .Believe me red is NOT my 1st choice BUT this was the last one . I found it at Kohl's for $39.95.
So here is our Shake mix in the morning using Strawberry Shakeology
- 1/2 banana ( we eat the other half )
- 1 teaspoon of PB2
- 8 oz of Almond milk
- 6-8 ice cubs
and blend ~ SO YUMMY!
So now on to the update :
I was really trying not to weight myself until the last day of round 1 but I caved in and weighted in Wednesday Tuesday we a full week since starting the 21 day fix and I am down 5.5 lbs YAHOO!
I wanted to touch base again on my video days.
Everything is going to be on 1 blog from now on there is NO more Dawn's Stamping Studio ( this is where I had you click over to watch my videos in the past) this is NO longer happening.

is where everything will be posted .
