Hi Stampers,
Happy ICYMI ( In Case You Missed It) Friday.
I still can't believe it's already October I do love the weather just not what's coming in a shot time ( white fluffy stuff )
But I am excited to see how my transition period between seasons go with me being on Humira now .
This past Wednesday I did my 4th Injection, so far so good .
Last time I did my injection I got a huge bruise I am not sure what I did different except I did do it at 4 am in the morning before leaving for Founders Circle ..so maybe that was it .
Update on my weigh in….Founders Circle didn't count even though I didn't gain or lose anything during founders circle which is good but as of last Tuesday I lost a total of 12 lbs
1 more full week and we will start the 2nd round . I will also start the weekly exercise's on my 2nd round too. I will let you know how that goes since I have heard from many of you that want to know how it is .
I am going into the exercise part of this system with the mind set "I will do what I can do" PLUS the DVD has other levels of the same exercise so I am thinking I will love the upper body and the core workout. I will let you know.
The system is getting a lot easier and I am still amazed how much food we are eating .
I also can tell it's about 2-3 hours I need to eat something. This was something Stacy said would happen . Where your body gets use to eating more often .
Last night Jessie came over and you all know her and I are both Hairdresser's ( licensed Cosmetologists) so whenever we get together we always do something with our hair or nails and last night we did each others nails . Stay tuned for Wednesdays video you will get to see what she did to my nails WOW! and that's all I am going to say .
I will be contacting our favorite Tattoo guy ( Larry) you all know him right ? Anyway he messaged hubby and said he is going to have some free time coming up and guess what ? I get to have him come over and design a beautiful mural for one of my walls .. I am so excited ! PLUS his wife is coming over to talk business with me while Larry decides what and where he will do my mural .

Tonight we are heading to a bon fire with some friends. Not sure yet if we will be riding the Harley or not but either way it will be a fun time hanging out with friends.
