The festive season is a busy time of year for sending and receiving packages, so naturally shipping times may slow down. If you are placing any orders that contain Christmas gifts, we recommend that you submit your orders by December 17th in order to receive them by December 24.
Delivery times vary depending on where you live; if your personal experience indicates that it takes longer for packages to reach you, you should allow a little extra time for shipping during the holidays. As you know, we cannot control delivery times. Holiday mail volumes are high, and our delivery services encourage customers to ship as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
In addition, please keep in mind that 3-day shipping does NOT include expedited handling. The 3-day shipping time begins once the order has been processed and fulfilled in the order it was received–not from the date of the order.
