Hi Stampers,
Today we will be making a Party Popper.
Peggy and Anna showed us all how to make them
at their workshop a few weeks ago .
We had so much fun making them.
You seriously can NOT stop smiling when you pop them .
Today’s video I will show you how we made them .
I will be using the
Party Animal designer paper # 142738
to cover my party popper .
I will be showing you just the mechanics
of how to build your party popper
You will need the following items
Paper towel roll or Toilet paper roll
Balloon
Tulle
Rubber band or Elastic Ribbon
Packaging tape or Duct Tape
The decorating part I will leave that up to you since there
are tons of ideas to use party poppers for ~ NOT just birthday’s

Soooooo stinkin cute and just in time for a birthday party for my granddaughter. The kids are going to love them, thanks Dawn.
What a cute idea! Thanks for this fun project and video!
Love it! Going to make them for my Granddaughters 1st birthday.
Stinkin’ Cute! I will have to make these for the next Family ‘get-together’! I also will have to bring a broom and dust pan!!!!!!
These are GREAT! My son is turning 9 soon and having a Beach Boys party. Of course we can’t find any Beach Boy theme items this year for his party. Now we have one. Your videos are always so easy to follow both my kids will be able to help me make these so we can spend a crafting afternoon together. Thanks Dawn!
This is the best party favor yet. And so easy.
Oh wow. Dawn these are wonderful and what fun. I love, love, love them. My grandchildren love crafting with me and they will have so much fun with these. As ever a great video Dawn, thank you so much. Take care.
I like how well-written and informative your content is. You have actually given us, your readers, brilliant information and not just filled up your blog with flowery texts like many blogs today do. If you visit my website YR4 about Web Development, I’m sure you can also find something for yourself.
Truly appreciate your well-written posts. I have certainly picked up valuable insights from your page. Here is mine QH8 about Cosmetics. Feel free to visit soon.
