Hi Stampers,
Today’s video is a quick tip using the amazing Stampin’ Trimmer # 126889
when I was stamping LIVE on Face book you can check out the video HERE
When cutting the Cherry Cobbler card stock #119685
the Stampin’ Trimmer cutting arm (the measurements) were invisible on top of the dark card stock.
I was chatting with my friend Doris and she mentioned this awesome tip.
I’m so excited, I had to share it with all of you.
Thank you Doris !
Thanks for peeking in today .
Have a wonderful Tuesday friends !.

Great tip thanks
Great tip. TFS
Thanks! How often do you change your blades?
Marlene,
That really depends on your trimmer and how much you use it . You can tell by the blade when it cuts whisper white card stock, If it’s frayed on the cutting edge of the card stock that’s a big sign it’s time for a new blade .
Hope this helps 🙂

Thanks, they really don’t seem to last very long.
That just means you are busy crafting ~ That’s always good 🙂

A light colored washi tape is thinner 😉
Dawn, thanks for such a great tip!
Wow, what a fantastic tip! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for this tip! I’m going to try this.
Great tip–thanks for sharing
Long time ago I did the same thing with our washi tape . My Stamp Club thought I was a genius!????
Dawn, For a more permanent strip, you could also try to use some tape from the Brother PT Label maker, instead of the card stock. It would be less bulky & it already has adhesive too! You could probably get it out of the machine plain, but it comes in different colors & widths too! 😉 It comes in a cartridge form. Just a thought!
Thanks for that wonderful tip.
Unfortunately I have a rolling cutter and haven’t found easy way to cut slits with it. My husband bought is in the 90’s as a gift. But I have marked my card stock lightly with pencil and then lined it up in my score tool and using an cutting knife cut my slit. NOT as easy are your method.
Thanks for the great tip. Makes life easier for making cards.
THIS tip is AMAZING!!! Worth the price of admission right there, darlin’! ;>)
