Over the last couple weeks you may have noticed something was off …
Well it seemed off to me too ….
that was because my hubby went on nights at his job and those
3 weeks totally threw both of us off .
My schedule as much as him with his schedule .
Then the stress of me not getting everything done that I needed to,
threw my body into a flare up .
Since my whole lower half of my body has been replaced ( pretty much )
the only flare up areas left are my upper half
and that always seems to effect my hands the most .
Hanging out with my hubby all morning and afternoon
was great but then when it was usually the time to get up and go to bed
that was the time I would go to work and not only was that weird
but my hands were not able to stamp or do much .
With my normal office hours during the day working 8-11 hours
the past 3 weeks I was able to maybe get in my office after 6:00 pm
and then going until my eyes couldn’t stay open
which was at least 6 maybe 7 hours .
With my hours cut and hands not cooperating, the effects were not getting much done .
The Great News
Hubby goes back on days tomorrow~ Praise God !
With all that said My hands are still hurting but I do have a couple
videos filmed and ready for this upcoming week.
I need to get in to see my R.A doctor this week .
Thank you for your patience.

Feel better real soon ??
Awwwwwww, feel better, yesterday!!! :0) You, more than any of us, need your hands. Hugs all around every inch of you.
you take care of yourself Dawn!! that is priority number one… when you are up to it you continue y our routine and we will be there!! Never fear my dear… we are all following you because we care!!!
Dawn, I love your blog. That is the first thing I check each morning. I wish I could join your stamping club. My husbands heart stopped in the ER last September. The nurses revived him with CPR. He has a pacemaker. Several days later I tripped on his oxygen hose in the hospital and broke my hip. We were roommates in a care center for four months. I am now a care giver and my highlight is your blog and crafting. I so enjoy your little giggle when you are doing a video. I enjoy the pictures of your family and friends. I am so sorry you have to deal with a chronic condition. It would be special to order from you but I do like rain better than snow. Blessings, Your West Coast Friend Thanks for your videos!
Well, I’ve missed seeing you and reading your posts, but would prefer that you just get better! Sending healing thoughts and prayers your way.
Take the time to take care of yourself and feel better soon.
We’ll still be here when you are ready and able.
Best Wishes!
So sorry you are in such pain! I hope your RA doctor is able to help. Maybe some cortisol injections? Anyway, hang in there. Hope the flare-up doesn’t last much longer.
Dawn, First and most IMPORTANT is your health and well being. I’m so sorry to read you’re in pain. I take care of a nephew who deals with a form of Arthritis that has attacked his hips and neck. Thank goodness we are on top of his condition and he has learned he needs to stay on top of his health and make himself a priority, thus we have good days more than painful ones. You are missed when not on post BUT we look forward to once again viewing when you feel better!
REST up, KEEP staying POSITIVE!
Keeping you in Prayer,
Loretta Blackwood
Dawn, with the beautiful work I’ve seen you create I would have never guessed your battle with RA! People look at me askance when I say I have days I can’t even work with paper. RA has already taken knitting and jewelry making from me, and the frustration of not finding the right ‘cocktail’ of drugs is scary… You are an inspiration and have my prayers for health and joy!
