Are these refillable and did they correct the problems the last set of alcohol markers had that SU put out?

No news on them being refillable (yet) . Yes Stampin’ Up! would not have brought the Stampin’ Blends out if they didn’t fix the issue with the past alcohol markers . They are awesome and plus they will be available individually ( awesome )!
