Hi Stampers,
Happy New Year 2018 .
Oh my goodness time is flying by .
Just wanted to let you know
I’m hoping to be back to my routine this week
Hope you all are enjoying the arctic blast weather .
I know there are some that love winter activities
I’m not one of those people
( give me warm tempts & sunny days )
We are hoping for a few “warmer” days
( like above freezing would be nice )
this week so my hubby can work on his truck.
Before Christmas his thermostat in his truck went out
and has been driving my car to work for the last few weeks .
This week looks like we may get a day close to 50 degrees YAHOO!
Next weekend we may be taking down our Christmas tree,
that’s been the last thing on my mind lately and my hubby
isn’t one who wants it down by a certain time ~
Thank goodness 🙂
NO rush… plus I still love the twinkling lights .

Oh this morning we are having a heatwave, yep it is 14 degrees, and by Wednesday or Thursday we could be in the upper 30’s. Yippee. We have had some bitter temps, but not as cold as some. Good time to create or clean up the stamp room. ?
Hope your hubby gets the truck fixed. Oh, and our tree is still up. ☺
We have had cold weather here in Texas as well! Heights in the 30s and lows in the 20s. I know that sounds heavenly to some but it’s cold for us!!
All my Christmas was taken down the day after Christmas! I know! What in the World was I thinking? But it’s done and it does kinds feel good!
I live in NC and it is COLD here too!
The light at the end of the tunnel…Monday…50 degrees and rain! Now it can melt and wash away the 6 inches of snow we got!
Thank you for all you do….hope hubby gets the thermostat fixed…when it warms up!
You want some warm weather come visit South Carolina 🙂 We are 27 this morning with a high of 38 but by Friday we are supposed to be near 60!!!! Can’t wait for the warm up. We were in Michigan the week of Christmas and it was freezing…..brrrrr! Most of my Christmas is down and I organized the stacking of boxes this morning. Only a tiny tree and a nativity are still up. We weren’t home to enjoy things much but the live tree was pretty well dead when we returned.
I hope the weather warms up for you soon. I will not even tell you how warm it is here in Phoenix, AZ. Our tree is still up as well and also the outside lights. We celebrate the traditional Christmas on Christmas Day with our grandchildren and family members. But our Christmas season ends on January 6, The Epiphany, Three Kings Day, 12 Days of Christmas. My husband and I exchange our gifts on that day and we have a Little Christmas together. In addition to a special dinner, we have Kings Bread that day as well. I’m glad that our season lasts a little longer, given all the work it takes to put up all the decorations. More time to enjoy those beautiful twinkling lights. All the best to you in 2018!
