Hi Stampers,
Later today we are having the monthly meeting with our
H.O.G chapter and we are doing a Chili Cook off LOL!
All in fun of course but must say a few are really pretty serious about it .
I have heard there’s even a plaque awarded to the best Chili .
Yes we entered but only for the fun since our chili isn’t award winning or anything …
Hubby said we should just enter a huge slow cooker full of Hormel chili
Oh I mean a family secret recipe ( wink wink ).
Then later today we won’t be watching the Super Bowl
*GASP* I know right .
Hubby has never been a super bowl fan and for the record
I watched only for the commercials.
This year we are doing something totally different ~
The Puppy Bowl !
OMG! have you ever seen it?
They will have cats for the half time show .
Hilarious !
I must say even though we will be popping back and forth from both
I hope you all have fun whatever
activities you have planned for today.
Thanks for peeking in today .

Hi Dawn, That is hilarious about the Hormel chili!! I hope you have a fun club meeting. I am not a fan of pro football but will watch the SB for the commercials! Love college football, though, and of course the Puppy Bowl!!
Yaa, Puppy Bowl. It is adorable. NO to the Super Bowl. If the players can’t stand for our National Athem, I cannot support or watch them. I support our Vets!
Have fun with the chili cook off and let your chili win, go Dawn and Hubby ???
Dawn great blog post. :O)
I TOTALLY agree with Jesse! Shame on the NFL. I used to love watching football but no more.
LOVE LOVE your videos and all your great ideas, Dawn!
I love your posts. I can see your sence of humor coming out with the comment about the hormel chili. LOL For the record, I didn’t watch the Super Bowl either. I love sports but am not one that can quote stats or anything. As far as football goes, I don’t like professional, only college. Sounds like you were going to have an enjoyable time with friends.
