Hi Stampers,
Happy Monday friends !
It’s Card Sketch Time .
I still can’t believe we are on #32 already,
hasn’t it gone by fast ?

Here is my twist on today’s sketch I got to use the
new Designer paper for the 2018/20 In Colors #146963
in Grapefruit Grove.
You may have notice I opted out of adding an extra panel on the
right hand side of my sample
( the whisper white piece show in sketch template )
I did emboss with the Simple Stripes Embossing folder #145648
I also took the Wink of Stella # 141897
and dragged it across the stripes, It’s faint but so beautiful .

I also added the Grapefruit Grove color from the
new Faceted Dots #146910
I also used my Layering Circles Framelits#141705 for my greeting
which the Happy Birthday is from the
Detailed with Love stamp set

Sketch 32,already! Doesn’t seem possible. I am so so behind, getting all made. I like how you embossed the panel and didn’t really notice the lack of a layer. When we get home Wednesday, so looking forward to seeing my order from SU. Looking for ward to next month when I’m ordering the new colors. Of course, how nice it would be to order everything now☺☺☺ Thanks Dawn for your blog and videos, the next best thing to coming over. If only I could swim across Lake Michigan!
Hugsssssss
Hi Dawn,
Thank you for the next sketch, it is a good job you are saving these as I am so far so that I can do them in my own time. I love the colour you have chosen for your card today and the embossing folder for under layer. Thank you for sharing this with us crafters. :O0
Hi Dawn! REALLY like the new colors (mostly ?) and what you are doing with them! Jesse brings up a good point: do you or SU! have any thoughts or ideas ? as to how to acquire all the new color products with a color revision like this? I wish I could just buy it all at once but that’s not possible, and I’m trying to do it economically. Do I buy one color at a time (paper, ink, marker), or all the paper, then all the ink, then the markers? It’s tough, especially when there are so many stamps to love! What’s your advice? Mary
