I thought I would share a quick how to video about the brand new Cling stamp sets
that will be available on January 3rd with the
new 2019 Occasions catalog and 2019 Sale-a-Bration mini.
Many of you are familiar with the Clear mount sets and Wood mount sets .
A few announcements about these stamp sets.
Going forward any NEW stamp set offering
will be either in Photopolymer or Cling stamps.
Starting with the 2019 Occasions catalog Wood mount will NO longer be available
and the clear mount are being replaced with Cling stamps .
The sets in the 2018/19 Annual catalog are all still available the way they are listed
( Wood mount, Clear mount & Photopolymer)
through the end of the Stampin’Up! catalog year .
This transition will begin tomorrow January 3rd, 2019.
in the future the only Wood Mount stamps that will be available
will be the background stamps.
The Cling stamps will be properly named.
Since these “cling” stamps will be in red rubber
They will “cling” to our clear blocks.
The Photopolymer sets are totally clear ( see through) .
The new and improved Cling stamps that are replacing the “Clear Mount ”
will have a much stickier cling ( sticker )
that will NOT fall off the clear block
when stamping or cleaning your stamps.
In fact you may find them extra sticky especially if you have been like me
over the last few years when you haven’t added any stickers to your images with the clear mount .

also a few tips when removing them from your stamp case and or your clear blocks .

Happy New Year, Dawn! Thanks for sharing about new cling stamps and how to put on the sticker image. I have never used the stickers, in the past. My question is, does the sticker every lose its stickiness? If so, do you wipe it with a damp cloth?

Hi Dawn! Thanks for the demo on the new cling stamps. It’s been so long since I have put an image on my stamp that I’m not sure that I will on these. I’ll have to see how it all works out.

Happy New Year to you and yours, Dawn, and thanks for the tutorial. I’d stopped putting the image on my clingmounts because it was difficult to get them centered right, too. This does look easier.
can you use stazon cleaner with the new cling mount?

WITH ALL THE READY MADE EXCELLENT STAMP SETS ON THE MARKET, WHY WOULD ANYONE SPEND ALL THIS MONEY ON SHIPPING AND STAMPS AND INVEST IN THESE PRODUCTS?
