Happy Monday and Card Sketch day !
This weeks card sketch is such a fun one
Plus it really pushed me in a direction I wasn’t seeing in my mind.
Love that when it happens so unexpectedly.
Here is my twist on this weeks sketch I love the Bumble Bee color
But I wouldn’t consider myself a “Yellow” color person…..
BUT I Love Love Love this card and how simple and yet
soft and elegant it turned out .
I used a combination of a few yellow colors
Crushed Curry and So Saffron along with the new Bumble Bee color .
The designer paper from the Flowers for every Season.
started out to be the flip side of this design with the
Magenta Madness color
which ended up not going in the direction I was thinking.
I then flipped the designer paper piece over and TaDa this was the fit,
BUT I then added the brand new Brass Foil sheets.
and WOWZIE! ~ It’s Gorgeous !
It really turned out way better than what I had originally started.
The flowers on the piece of DSP I used look like soft clouds to me.
