For this weeks card sketch weekly #253
we are using a fun simple card sketch .
I had fun playing with the
Jingle, Jingle, Jingle stamp set # 153438
Plus instead of me using a layer on the bottom section of my sample
I wanted to die cut a scallop and it open with a fun front.
I cut the Poppy Parade Cardstock # 119793
down to 4″ x 5-1/4″
and used some repositionable adhesive & adhered it to
the front of my Basic White cardstock # 159276 base and used the
Scalloped and Contours Dies #155560
for the scallop edge and cut both pieces at the same time .
I stamped the Jingle onto Basic White Cardstock and then die that out with the
Stitched Rectangle dies # 151820
and then the next size up rectangle with the Poppy Parade .
I used the Poppy Parade Cardstock # 119793
and Poppy Parade Classic Ink #147050
The ribbon is the
White Glittered Organdy Ribbon # 156408.
I stamped the star outline from the same stamp set all over the front of the
Poppy Parade layer after die cutting.
Along the scallops edge I added the pretty
Iridescent Peral Basic Jewels # 158987
