Card Sketch Weekly #400

This week’s card sketch is another BIG milestone.

We are on Card Sketch #400 .

Can you believe it !

That’s almost 8 years of card sketch Monday’s

Who would have thought ?

I’m so happy you all love the sketches, I really love making them and

putting my twist on my sample. Most of the time I design the sketch template

1st and then make my sample, just like you all do,

but every once in a while I have a cute card layout in mind and

I then make the sketch from that card idea.

That doesn’t happen very often, but I love how the sketches

inspire all of us to sometimes think out side the box

and also help us when we need a little help with a card design.

The card sketches are also those “typically” quick and easy and pretty simple card designs

that we can make in a few minutes.

Let’s not forget those sketches that also can be turned

into a cute fun fold just by a simple score line, flip, or turn.

Cheers to all of you who have been on this card sketch journey with me

all these years and here’s to the next 400 sketches.

I wanted to make this weeks card sketch a little extra

over the top with my sample,

I know I wouldn’t make 100 of these cards,

But every once in a while, a sweet “over the top” card is needed for

that extra special person.

Plus making those extra special cards while thinking

of that one person makes me smile even more.
