I love sharing a brand-new Card Sketch Transformation
to inspire you to get creative with the supplies you already have.
Card sketches are one of my favorite ways to spark creativity because
they provide a simple layout while giving you endless possibilities to
make each card uniquely your own.
Whether you recreate todayâs project exactly or put your own creative spin on it,
I hope this sketch inspires you to head to your craft room and create something beautiful.
And donât forget, once youâve made your card, pop it in the mail to brighten someoneâs day.
Handmade cards truly make a difference! This week’s card is a fun beachy theme
I have all the items I used on my sample listed below for easy shopping at my online store..
Special Technique:
Today’s bright & cheerful beachy card I added a could different designs of the Ordinary Beautiful Life Designer Pape. Sometime mixing strong patterns can be a little busy but with the small flag banner in top left corner it really brings all the layers together, but yet keeping the focus on all the fun elements like the flip flops, sunglasses, and Slurpee cup.
Dawn’s Side Note:
I used the new Relax & Splash Bundle # 167903
and you can definitely see the difference in sizes with the die images compared to the
Summer Happiness Bundle #168121 I used last week HERE .
I showcase those differences in today’s video.
I had so much fun designing this weeks card sketch with all fun layers of the DSP colors,
really feels and looks like a summery card.
