Hi Stampers :

Here is a simple & fun idea for St Pattys Day  .

I used the Lucky Shamrock stamp # 121939 ( Occasions mini) with Pear Pizzazz ink # 119784  I punched out the outside  image with the 1 3/4" Scallop circle  punch # 119854

 The inside image with the shamrock  I punched out  with the 1" circle punch #119868 I added  Pear Pizzazz 1/2" Seam binding ribbon# 122330 . Then added a couple Basic Rhinestones #119246

I found these charm pops at my local 7-11 . They are  sold  individually at 7-11 in the candy section . I will  be checking my local store to see if they are  sold in packages.
